MATTHEW TURNER
Co-Founder & CEO
Matt the CEO at American DVBE, was born in Sacramento California and went to Rio Linda High school. My personal and professional goals include being the best father to my 3 children, and bringing gainful employment to all veterans with a focus on disabled veterans. I served in the US Army and was awarded a Purple Heart from injuries sustained in combat when I was deployed to Iraq in 2005-2006. My hobbies include racing dirt bikes and taking trips to the Rubicon and Fordyce off road trails with my kids. My skill set that help me be a great CEO include operating heavy equipment and leadership.

DARREN MCADAMS
Co-Founder & COO
Darren McAdams, our COO is a trailblazer in the food-delivery space. He founded Food To You in the mid-nineties. Food To You delivered millions of meals from thousands of restaurants in dozens of states. In 2015 he launched FoodJets, developing next-generation delivery logistics software to improve delivery times and customer satisfaction to compete with the national players. In 2017 he partnered with Raley's grocery store chain to provide their last-mile delivery in Northern California and Nevada. Raley's acquired FoodJets in 2021.

RYAN E. TAYLOR

Thoughtful and attentive leader, continually learning and growing as I serve my family, clients, and the community. I grew up in the Sacramento region, spent a few years in Brazil, gained life experience, and got my degree out of state. I spent several years building a top-rated professional service corporation and enjoy helping businesses reach their pinnacle. I have a passion for giving back to my community, the men and women of law enforcement and our people of the military. Veterans are often underserved and forgotten. One of my goals is to give back to the heroes who fought for this country by providing education, advice, and business experience to help them thrive when the call has ended. I keep American DVBE in compliance and help direct, efficient investment to ensure longevity and success.
CHRIS DUFFEY, PE
Partner & CSO
Chris grew up in a small farming town in Northern California, he learned his work ethic by working with his father and mother either on a hunting club or working for a local farmer in agriculture fields. After graduating high school, Chris joined the United States Air Force as an aircraft mechanic. Chris served from April of 1999 to August of 2004 and received an honorable discharge. After the military he managed a hunting club before attending college. Chris graduated with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He has held several positions in both public and private companies. Chris is a licensed professional engineer in California. He has experience in storm water management, project management, construction plan review, and construction inspection.
Veer Singh
CTO
Veer Singh, our CTO has 18+ years of experience in leading software engineering efforts at an executive level. Manages a geographically distributed team of engineers. Experience growing and building highly effective teams and collaborating across organization boundaries, forming alliances with other members of executive leadership teams, and building bridges that support functions and company goals.
Laurie Rogers
CPO
Laurie Rogers, our CPO, brings an extensive management background. While serving as Director of Information Technology, Laurie managed 100+ people providing 24x7 support, for a large hospital organization in Northern California. Under her leadership and after a rigorous year long nomination process, she was awarded top honors from the world-wide support organization, Help Desk Institute, Inc. surpassing Verizon Wireless and Honda Motor Corporation for the title of “Best in the World 2006”.
As a Real Estate Broker she has used her extensive customer service and contract skills to help hundreds of families buy, sell or invest in real estate.
Laurie successfully used her organizational and management expertise for the development of a high-end condo project, Sol Pacifico outside of Cabo San Lucas Mexico.
Laurie continually pushes herself to great heights. In 2016 she hiked to the top of Half Dome in Yosemite, with an elevation of over 8,000 feet above sea level. In 2022 she hiked Mt Shasta to over 10,000 feet above sea level.
